Inpired by life, Tilley is Canada's favourite summer hat. The cooling insert is great.

SPRING 2026 SELECTION HAS ARRIVED
|
The Tilley hat, designed by Alex Tilley in 1980, was a sun protective, comfortable hat to wear while sailing. Never thinking that his hat would become part of Canada's history, Tilley began manufacturing them for his friends and compatriots. An iconic Tilley hat fits low and loose, floats, hides a secret pocket and blocks 98% of the sun's harmful rays. Designed to
endure whatever the world can throw at it, a Tilley hat is a simple lightweight, practical, durable, reliable, stylish travel essential. We have hundreds (maybe more than that) in stock but we picked images that show the range and versatility of this wonderful Canadian hat.

We at Rob McIntosh, love to be unique, to do things our way (I sound like Frank Sinatra), to be traditional, to be funky and just in general to have a great deal of fun trying to provide you with products which are useful and stylish at the same time. This applies to dinnerware (which we just bought some new patterns to die for) as well as Tilley and even Glengarry Cookies. Tilley hats are so Canadian. They have all the qualities strength, durability, steadfastness,
loyalty that represent our culture and best of all they last forever (just like Canada). Spring keeps pretending to be here but we know it's just around the corner so...when you have time, exit at 814 off the 401 and come and have a coffee at our Polar Bear Cafe. We had to make some more places to sit so now there is lots of room and soon you'll be able to sit outside. Don't let being busy stop you from chatting with all of us. We love stories and making new friends and seeing old
ones. And...of course, visit the Tilley building (and while you are in our Canada House Mall, go see the Indigenous and the Manitobah shops too). If you have time and fun or like our product or our staff, please give us a review. And..we love you to share this newsletter. A Bientot (means in French "See you soon or in our case, talk to you soon") Barb McIntosh
